Insofar as possible, it is recommended not to stop to look around or talk with such an individual. Continue on your way as fast as possible and avoid talking. If you are in an isolated location, try to go to a public place as quickly as possible where there are a lot of people. Check that your bag is closed and your personal effects are isolated. Keep your bag close to you.
